Super impressed with the service I received from Ben and Anael. Hands down the best HVAC experience I’ve had in the 15 years that I’ve owned my home. From contacting Ben for info, to setting an appointment, to my tech Anael’s level of knowledge and professionalism. Everything was top-notch. I never felt like they were trying to sell me anything I didn’t need - which has unfortunately been very typical of prior experiences with other companies. Highly recommend the team at Buenos Aires!

Buenos Aires (love the name) installed our new heat pump last February. It had to be done, our old circa 1985 American Heritage tank of a unit was leaking from the air handler in the attic on humid days. It was rusted through. Plus we wanted to beat the tariffs. We went for the top of the line Bosch and couldn’t be happier. After a year of using it, our 1960 ranch house has been comfortable without big swings in temperature. The unit moves a lot of air! Our electric bill has been consistently lower too. The owner explained everything and his staff have been nothing but professional. Everything went smoothly with no last minute “gotcha” expenses or other BS.in fact, they went above and beyond, taking care to install the condensation lines to drip into a flower bed from under the eaves, instead of just stubbing out of the side of the house. They also reinstalled and properly vented two bathroom ventilation fan/lights. Instead of just leaving the vent to blast bathroom air into the attic (eww). like the installer from Lowe’s did . This week the my came out for the free first year maintenance and tune up. Once again, the technician showed up on time, did a very thorough job and explained their work. From my initial contact with Carlos at Buenos Aires Air Conditioning & Heating ; when I received a quote (which was reasonable & not as inflated as quotes from other companies) for a new HVAC unit and had all of my questions and concerns thoroughly addressed—my experience was absolutely above reproach. The office staff and every employee who came to my property for the installation demonstrated top-tier performance and excellent customer service. I especially appreciated receiving both a call and a text prior to each arrival, complete with a photo and short bio of the technician. That extra touch provided a real sense of comfort and familiarity. Every representative who played a role in this process deserves recognition.
