Budget Plumbing & Heating

The Service Technician was great. Though "Budget" gave us a quote to replace the wall furnace that was absurd. I priced the exact model of replacement furnace that they quoted $5,400 for at $2,500. They're marking it up double. We won't be doing any business with this company.

Budget Plumbing & Heating did an excellent job for us. Robert and Armando (probably misspelled his name, sorry!) replaced our water heater and ran a new water line to our fridge. They showed up on time, worked with care, and explained everything in clear terms. The quality of their work was solid, and the price was fair. The whole experience felt smooth and professional. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Young man who came out to find leaks under house in crawl space was excellent. Great attitude. Answered alot of questions we had. Good communicator. Waited to have leaks fixed. They need a competant office director who can keep track of calls, people, etc. Owner ended up coming out to fix himself as the staff wasn't up to par at this time. We've worked with Budget before & they did excellent work as they did this time. The difference is the office needs to be trained.
