Pete our maintenance representative was excellent. He came a little earlier which was good due to the house temperature running at 50 degrees. Other than the price for a simple repair, replacing a valve, I was very happy.

We had a complete new HVAC system. We decided on going electric with mini splits. We researched a lot and found Brower was willing to back up their work with a great warranty. We had a few small issues and every time, Brower has been very responsive. If you go with Brower, all their techs are amazing but Ruben has really gone above and beyond in diagnosing issues.
