First time using Brant Electric. Hired them to install an EV charger. Technicians were highly proficient, and completed the work in a couple of hours. Very happy with the results. Would definitely hire them again.
Brant Electric answered my call right away. They were polite and extremely helpful, and I was able to get an appointment for the next day. When the technician, Matt, arrived he was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly assess and solve the problem, as well. as suggest options as to how to proceed going forward. I would definitely use their services again in the future. As a follow up, the problem perisited, so I requested a quote on a breaker and a new panel, and I am still waiting for that quote over a week later. Since the situation was urgent, I had to call another company, MCS Electrical Solutions, who came out, actually did some tests, figured out the problem, and replaced my breaker all in the same visit.
