We are very pleased with Bluestone Tree service. They were professional, great communication. We had them removed a dead ash tree and trimmed back an overgrown mulberry tree.The crew was on time,courteous and respectful. They did a great job from start to finish. We called Bluestone Tree on Monday morning after the severe storms and tornados in Bloomington. There were multiple trees down and some which were a tangled mess from snapping. Figuring the worst, we planned to wait multiple weeks for service. Ash, one of their Arborists, arrived late morning to assess our damage and provided a quote. Due to a tree being uprooted hanging near our home - the crew at Bluestone Tree immediately dispatched a team. By 2:00pm or so - the team was assembled and setting up. The team was absolutely amazing! They were friendly, professional, and courteous as they explained every step of the process. Their equipment is truly world class and made light work of a mess which would have taken my family weeks to clean up with chainsaws and elbow grease. An absolute 5-star review deserved for a job well done and enjoyable experience!

We found Bluestone to be prompt, professional, courteous, and great to work with! They showed up when they said; the work was done efficiently with amazing equipment that really worked in our tight space. Best of all, they did a great job with clean-up when the work was complete. We had a large poplar tree with several dead limbs and some large live limbs that had grown too close to our structure. Care was taken for both our property needs as well as what was best for the health and longevity of the tree. We would definitely use them again!
