Jared was amazing and walked through everything with me. Im very happy with the thorough inspection he did and the in depth explanation he gave me afterwards! I would definitely recommend Blue Ox to anyone with HVAC issues!

The furnace gave out in the middle of the night. Early in the morning, I called 3 HVAC companies and Blue Ox was the first to send someone out with an estimate. AJ was professional, thorough and his recommendations matched what I had researched on my own (so I knew he wasn't pulling one over on me). They put my installation on the schedule for the following day. Victor did a solid job (see pic) and was very mindful of not making too much noise or too much mess. Price: I received 2 other quotes that were $500 and $700 cheaper thank Blue Ox, however, I believe I got what I paid for in Blue Ox's professionalism, timeliness and quality of work. I'll gladly pay a little bit more for the peace of mind. I would recommend working with this company for your HVAC needs.

My furnace stopped working the evening of Tuesday February 24th, 2026, I called Blue Ox because thier poster was on the furnace. They were able to schedule appointment between 8am and 10am Wednesday February 25th. Blaine was at my house a few minutes after 8am on Wednesday. It turned out my furnace was about 13 years old and repairs would cost over $3,000, Blaine recommended purchasing a new furnace which I believed was a better option. He also mentioned that there were finance options available. It cost just under $100 for the diagnosis. For the new furnace I believe Jon and Jeff from Blue Ox were the technicians we worked with. I believe Jon started and Jeff joined later. I was informed the new furnace would cost just under $7,000 and they worked with us right away to get approved for financing. Once approved they worked right away and completed installing the new furnace pretty quick. Blaine, Jon, and Jeff were all very professionals and all seemed to know their job very well. I had a new born in the house and they came through for me with this furnace issue when needed most. I cannot thank all of the technicians who worked with my husband and I to resolve the furnace issue enough. I would recommend Blue Ox to anyone who is having such issues, they are the best
