Blaze Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing - Cape Fear

2nd review for work July 29th and 30th: Although my 1st experience was stellar, our 2nd tech who came out to stop some sweating AC lines, still bringing water into a closet and subfloor, was not as good. The job was subpar and later that night we discovered more water around pipes and in the closet. We had to have Blaze send out a new person today to correct the issue. I thank Blaze for a quick follow-up and they sent a great worker...Colby. He quickly removed all the insulation from the job the day before and sealed everything the way it should have been done in the first place. Colby did a great job and took time to make sure everything was done right and even sealed lines into the subfloor and crawlspace. I hated having to have a second person come to redue the job, but it was necessary. Big shout out to Colby for his work and effort. Thanks to Blaze for recognizing the 1st job was subpar and to Dan and Braden for their efforts to get a worker on the job to get this resolved quickly. Thank you all. (I included before and after pics of the AC closet work and under house pipes) ‐-------‐------------------------ Original July 11th post: I don't often write reviews, but must compliment Blaze for a great experience from start to finish. Our AC drain line was blocked and the drip tray was leaking over...mid day on a Friday. Being new to OKI, researched some local company reviews and chose Blaze. Their call representative was very nice and understood our issue and could get us on the schedule that same day, in about 4 hours. The technician who came, Justin, was top notch. He was super personable and knowledgeable. He explained how this happens and everything he needed to do for the job. He unblocked the line quickly (see pic of calcified debris that blocked the line). The invoice provided, had pictures of our air unit and what Justin worked on. He showed great confidence and knowledge and made us very comfortable with him completing the job. For our first experience needing an AC tech on OKI, I feel blessed that we could not have made a better choice. We now have a great AC/heating company to use for future maintenance and issues. I highly recommend them.

This is the second time we have had Blaze out to help me diagnose an issue with my AC system. Zachary was out both times. He is amazing and very knowledgeable. He works fast and is thorough but also shares as much information as I can get out of him at the time. Definitely would recommend!

Amazing tech!! Went above and beyond! My electrician for life.extremely satisfied!! Also, I needed plumbing done, and Lorenzo fixed my well and got it running and used brass fittings!! Wonderful job Lorenzo, and Dan the Electrician outstanding as well. Also had my AC tuned up today, good I did, as it would not have made it thru the summer. The AC guy name is Mike They have good people who do excellent work. Dan put a whole house surge protector on my house , far better than the one Duke gave me that does squat.great service. Mike cleaned and replaced the capacitor in my ac unit and cleaned the coils and did a thorough check. Use these guys! Everyone went above and beyond ! I used ARS and they were “ ok” but not like Mike.
