Blaine Heating & Air Conditioning

Just want to say Thank you to Blain Heating & Air for their great service. I owned 3 houses now only two. Bought two complete new units from them. I have them do my annual services every year. I have refered them to family and friends. I highly recomend this company. They are trust worth and do great work. Special thanks to my main Tech Elias who I have known for many years now. He never lets me down and goes the extra mile to make sure my system is always on tip top shape when I need it most coldest days of the year or Hotest days my system is working Like a champ. They may not always be the cheapest but I learned you get what you pay for. Most times going cheap on parts or service will cost you way more in the long run. I recommend their annual service program. Call them now and tell them Cruz Sent you.

I recently had a great experience with Blaine Heating & Air Conditioning. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, the team was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. They arrived on time, explained the issue with my HVAC system clearly, and provided a fair estimate before starting the work. The technicians were courteous and worked efficiently. They made sure everything was running properly before leaving and even gave helpful tips on maintaining the system to improve efficiency. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable heating and air conditioning services. I will definitely call them again for future maintenance or repairs.

Elias arrived to complete the Spring servicing of our unit and at the same time replace some parts that had been on order for quite some time. Elias always arrives with a smile and does a great job at explaining the service details and answering any questions there might be. We’ve used Blaine Inc for many years and have been happy customers.
