Blaine Heating & Air Conditioning

One of the older techs seems like a decent polite guy. Double check with another heating company before agreeing to Blaine’s high priced parts switching. Blaine’s quoted double the price the wrong parts and left us with a dirty ceiling. For all the military folks out there, Blaine’s said they’d either give us the military discount or a discount for the marks they left on the ceiling but we couldn’t have both. Had to repaint. Try Zac’s he answers his own phone and has better pricing. *update: They replied. I appreciate the reply. Yes it was a year ago. Yes the quote for the second round of labor was $386. In addition to the $267.30 I had already paid. The manager in fact did NOT offer an additional discount beyond 10%. I recall saying, “So either we get the consideration for the marks on the ceiling or the military discount but we can’t have both?” The managers answer time was a solid no. It was why we did not proceed with the repair or with Blaine. We did wait until this year to have it looked at again. It was resolved this year with different parts and much lower labor fees. If I had proceeded with Blaine it would have been $386 plus the $267.30 I had already paid them. For more wrong parts and labor fees. Beyond the discount this should be the big takeaway, they didn’t know what they were doing with the new Lennox heating system that is in a lot of the new Stonefield homes and were charging labor for unneeded parts that would not have fixed the issue. Again I appreciate you reaching out. I do not appreciate you lying about offering 31% discount. Customers beware. They’re trying not to lose their military customers. The older tech was still nice but I docked a star for the blatant lies.

Just want to say Thank you to Blain Heating & Air for their great service. I owned 3 houses now only two. Bought two complete new units from them. I have them do my annual services every year. I have refered them to family and friends. I highly recomend this company. They are trust worth and do great work. Special thanks to my main Tech Elias who I have known for many years now. He never lets me down and goes the extra mile to make sure my system is always on tip top shape when I need it most coldest days of the year or Hotest days my system is working Like a champ. They may not always be the cheapest but I learned you get what you pay for. Most times going cheap on parts or service will cost you way more in the long run. I recommend their annual service program. Call them now and tell them Cruz Sent you.
