Bill's Heating & A/C

I was incredibly satisfied with this company! I was able to get an appointment the same day my heat went out. Maverick did an inspection and was kind and efficient, and he explained everything to me every step of the way. After they were done, the heating system worked amazing. I was so pleased with their respect, compassion, and service that I decided to install an a/c as well. When the job was complete, they cleaned up nicely after themselves! I will absolutely be using this company again in the future!

So pleased with Bill's heating & air. And so glad they are doing servicing in Lewiston , idaho. Had to have a furnace installed back in December, They sent out a great group of young men to install it. Very polite professional got the work done.and Cleaned up. The furnace has been working great. And we have stayed nice and toasty through the winter. Prices were very reasonable. There was something else that was unusual that I had not seen before. And that was, before they come to do the service, they sent a picture of the person that would be showing up to do the work with their name. Hats off to Bill's heating and air, It was so nice to know who was going to be coming to your door beforehand. Just an overall wonderful business. Which is getting to be rare nowadays. Thank you to all who came out and helped on the job. You are all wonderful young men.

Recently our AC system failed and we had a HVAC company come out to do a repair. It was determined to have a leak in the unit, and because it was 23 years old and used an expensive and obsolete freon, we decided to replace it as well as the furnace, which was also 23 years old. I asked the company who did the diagnosis for a quote on a new unit, and was told it would be a couple of days before they could come out. I then called 3 other HVAC companies, one who said they could be out the next day, another 3 days out, and then Bill's Heating and AC, who had a young man by the name of Maverick, who could be over in less than an hour. Maverick, who is very friendly and knowledgeable, came over and looked the current system over, asked several questions, and gave me a written quote right on the spot. I had two others give me quotes later, but they were substantially higher than Bill's, so we went with Bill's. Not only was Bill's substantially lower in price, they were able to get the job scheduled in just a couple of days versus a couple of weeks as other HVAC companies quoted! The day the crew from Bill's came out to do the install, they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to make adjustments to the AC/Heat Pump location to avoid blocking our view from one of our windows. They completed the job in just a little over 4 hours and it looks and works great!!! Plus, as and added bonus, they gave us a box of filters for free! I can't compliment this company and the people who work for them enough! If you are considering a new AC and heating system, definitely give Bill's Heating and AC a call! You won't be disappointed!
