Very happy we chose Bill Howe! First Ron came by and gave us an estimate for a water heater and PRV. He was so thorough and took the time to truly understand the old plumbing in our townhouse. He went above and beyond and even crawled all the way under the house to where the water heater is! Brian ended up coming for the install and did a fantastic job! The price was very reasonable with a lot of warranty options. This was the middle price of the three quotes we got from other plumbers. Would definitely have them back next time we need a plumber!

I had a great experience with Bill Howe Plumbing replacing my hot water heater. My previous one was 12 yrs old and wanted to replace it before any failures. A rep came out first to inspect and provide free estimates. The installer, Manny, was focused on doing a good job and helpful in answering any questions. I wanted a Bradford White heater. I called Bill Howell because I had a big job to get done. They sent me the technician Leonardo Alvarez. Despite his youthful appearance, he was showed himself to be a very highly skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working effective technician. He helped install a new drain to fix a reoccurring problem we were having. He was really patient and explained any question or concerns I had. He worked effectively to get the job done. Pretty much all one could ask for. As soon as he was done with his big job he showed me the work through the camera and the drains were cleared of all the grease and sludge that wouldn't budge. I was happy with his job cuz he did the work to the best of his ability and communicated well with me to get a good understanding of his work. Excellent workmanship couldn't ask for better 🙏🏻🙌👏🏻👍🏻💯
