It was time for a new water heater and when the time came, I decided on Dwayne at Big Picture Plumbing. Prior to Dwayne coming by to assess my situation, I did my research and came up with what I figured a reasonable cost would be for the project. He provided all the information I needed during his assessment and his team promptly got to work on replacing my water heater. His team spent the rest of the day installing the new water heater and kept me the loop on progress constantly through the day. In the end, the work was done well and came in at just about where I had estimated. This included the fact that I asked for a specific brand and size. No last minute boosts to the cost or other games... just solid work done well.
