Have worked with Bighorn heating and cooling multiple occasions as our old system began to fail and they’ve always been very helpful. Recently, had them install a new furnace and AC, Robert in sales took the time to work out exactly what we needed. Luke, Dave and Darryl did a fantastic job on the installation. They got it done quicker than I expected and were very professional the entire time. They did a great job and would recommend them to anyone!

Chris and Brody did a great job replacing our old furnace with a new Coleman furnace on 11/20/25. They arrived about 9am and completed the installation, testing and cleanup by 3:30pm. Throughout the process Chris explained what they were doing and what was wrong with the old furnace. Their bill was exactly what I had agreed with Robert with no hidden charges. The end product of their work was a new furnace with beautiful metal fabrication connecting it to the output box. The input and exhaust vents (pvc) were well routed and attractive. I give Chris and Brody the highest marks for service, professionalism and work ethic. I personally have no doubt they will stand behind their work and honor the warranty if any problems should arise.
