Best roofing provided poor service. We asked for black shingles and they brought out a black, grayish color and tried to install gutters that supposedly went with the wrong shingle color that was brought out, despite of our asking of black gutters as well. They over book roofing jobs and have poor communication. I would not recommend. However their roofing crew were amazing, it's the contractor's that aren't so great! My apologies, I double checked my contract and it was a mixup. This message was intended for a different company in KC with a very similar name. Again, my apologies!

Francisco walked us through every step and we completely understood what work was being done on the roof. The crew did a good job and everything we contracted for was completed. We went with Best because they promised to address all the issues with the roof and make sure they won't happen again. Even came out on Sunday to address a quick fix. Thanks for the good work.
