Bergeron Mechanical Systems

After exploring the idea of installing Mitsubishi HyperHeat H2i heat pumps in our Southern NH home of almost 50 years, we contacted a few Mitsubishi Diamond Elite contractors in our area to see what they would have to say about our potential installation. Bergeron Mechanical Systems impressed us the most right from the start of our interactions with them. Everyone that we dealt with from Bergeron was highly professional, but importantly also very friendly and personable. We are incredibly happy with that choice we made. Tom H. and Eric P. sat patiently and educated us about what would work well, and importantly also what wouldn’t work as well in this climate and with our mostly older construction home. In that initial visit there was no sense of them rushing to get to the next job-quote session, nor of any pressure-type sales tactics. They were only done with the visit when we had all the information we needed to make an educated decision. And when they had all the information that they needed to give us an accurate fixed quote on the project. The lidar scanner that they used to feed our house’s interior configuration into the heat loss profile calculator was a very slick tool. Our system configuration ended up being one single zone and one multi-zone. We have a total of six splits, with four downstairs and two upstairs. We mostly control them with the Mitsubishi Comfort app on our Android phones. The hour-long engineering walkthrough that was performed by Greg P., Tom H., and Evan S. was done with efficiency and it was clear that they wanted to make sure it was all planned out correctly well before they arrived for the actual installation. Because of the locations needed for the components, ours was a bit of a complex install, involving them dealing with some nasty crawlspaces and tight clearances in places. Evan took lots of pictures. It was a ‘chess game’ which they figured out how to win. The installation team was amazing. On the first day of two we had an 8 person squad comprised of Adam W., Lincoln B., Nils A., Mitchel F., Justin J., Lance L., John C., and Peter, S., and on the second day Adam W., Lincoln B., Nils A., and Mitchel F. returned to finish the project. Every single one of them was clearly skillful in the part that they played in this complex mingling of components, skill sets, and decisions about routes and placements. It was sort of like watching a symphony orchestra playing as they each did their own part working with the others toward the end goal. They all were very respectful of our property, and of our personal space as they worked. They produced a lot of quality skilled craftsman-type work in a very short timeframe. Jay G. and Deb P. in the home office have been fast, efficient, and friendly in getting communications routed to the right people, getting documents sent back and forth, and explaining a few things for us. We are still learning the best uses of this system for heating, but our initial impressions are very positive. I know it is science, but it feels like magic as the units extract heat energy out of the 20° F air outside and dump it indoors as a nice very warm breeze. John Baymore Mary Kindman

Bergeron Mechanical is awesome! Super friendly and informative. They arrived right when they said they would. The installation was completed in six hours, including crawling the length of my attic for the electric wiring. These guys know what to do efficiently and very professionally.
