Their coordination was seamless—a solid team that knew how to execute. This was a first-time install of the VX20i with R-454B refrigerant, which added complexity. But Brent didn’t flinch. He worked through day-two differences with Trane tech support and got everything dialed in. The system is now fully communicating, tested, and running beautifully. Our furnace stopped producing heat, so I did some self-diagnosing until the issue was out of my league. I scheduled a visit online with Berg's website at about 7 am. Caleb showed up about 2 hours later. He ran through his diagnostic checks and it turned out the gas valve was non-operational. Got a click when heat was requested, but no gas flowed. I preferred not to replace this myself unless the cost was exorbitant. Luckily, I found the cost reasonable and Caleb replaced it, fixing our furnace. Great service, a decent price and super nice and chill guy. Five Stars.

Billy is an expert HVAC tech and is very professional and respectful. I had a furnace emergency and he worked out his schedule to come that same day. I have had Billy come out to my house for routine maintenance for several years and will continue to hire him for all my HVAC needs.
