Baystate is the only company you should hire. I spoke with six different companies about our septic dilemmas and they are the only one who gave us objective advice that did not make things more confusing. They are the most knowledgeable and honest and are the most worth trusting. Our septic systems are over 50 years in age and have various complexities. The process of working on them to upgrade them is very complicated. The many other companies I spoke to gave us garbage advice, no pun intended. I am going to rehire Baystate after they inspected two of our septic systems. They spent a lot of time by text and phone to help me understand the myriad of issues. This is the company to hire. Wish I found them sooner. Five stars! Highly recommend!

They did a great job! They were responsive, came quickly even though it was a busy time of the year, and charged exactly what they estimated they would charge. I mean, hopefully it will be a while before I need them again, but I will definitely use them the next time my septic backs up!!!!

The Monday after Winter Storm Fern hit us, I discovered a septic issue with my half bath that I could barely contain with my wet vac. It was about to get REAL ugly, and when JT arrived with the pump truck I was finally relieved. He explained what the issue was, addressed it thoroughly and made sure I was able to see it was rectified before he left. Courteous, and really wanted me to feel like I was satisfied with the service he gave. Happy girl here.
