I had a plumbing emergency and called this service because they were available right away. To their credit, they arrived quickly and resolved the issue within minutes. However, I was shocked at how high the charges were. While I appreciate the prompt response in a stressful situation, the cost felt very unreasonable. Good for urgent situations, but be prepared for a hefty bill.

Amazing, high quality service!! Just a bunch of great guys to deal with. Always helpful and knowledgeable with good prices and in stock Supplies. Old school Attitudes. Many units installed excellent longevity of equipment. Cant ever remember getting a call back for equipment failure. BAPE makes us look good to our customers. Highly recommend!!!
