We have used Battle Mechanical for years to keep our ancient AC working through various issues. They have always been prompt, professional and cost effective with service. Finally came time to replace it, so we went back to the team we trusted. Owen gave us the quote and answered all our questions, a very likable and professional young man. When we signed off on the quote Owen and JoJo were out the very next day to install. Again all questions were answered and an explanation of the work to be done. They both went above and beyond to make sure the install was done right and looked amazing. I cannot recommend Battle and these two gentlemen enough. The price was excellent, but the company and technicians are what made experience excellent.

Despite having consulted 2-3 other companies prior, all of whom proposed extensive and expensive solutions, including system replacement, this company’s technician, Jojo, stood out. He swiftly identified the issue—a Freon leak—and efficiently cleaned the coils without pushing unnecessary services. Jojo’s expertise and honesty in resolving the problem promptly and cost-effectively earned my trust. I won’t hesitate to reach out to them again in the future! Highly recommended.

Mark and his team diagnosed a problem with my A/C which could not be permanently repaired. They added refrigerant which kept me cool for a few weeks until I could arrange to have them replace the unit. They provided 4 estimates for various units which had various ratings and warranties. Once ordered, they installed the unit in one day, returning briefly to install an extra air scrubber I ordered. Friendly, respectful of my property, and professional. I recommend them for your A/C service, repair, and installs.
