My AC unit wasn’t working properly and luckily I called Barber Heating & Air! They were able to send out technicians Peter and Jonah that day to check on the problem. Peter and Jonah took their time and we figured out the problem and were able to order a new part. A week later they came back and fixed my AC unit and did maintenance. Peter and Jonah were patient and took their time to make sure everything was done properly and working properly. I hot a discount by doing a membership program for Barber Heating & Air, which saved me several hundred dollars and I’ll get routine maintenance on my AC Unit! Super happy with the staff that answer the phones and schedule the appointments for following up on questions I had. So happy I chose Barber Heating & Air!

We had what we thought may be issues with our heating/air conditioning HVAC unit, right during the recent snow storm .We found Barbers in a Google search. So very happy I chose them. The young lady Hannah on the phone was so nice. Our technician Kris was very nice, answered our questions, told us we jumped the gun that our fan was stopped because it was defrosting, and our unit was fine! He serviced it inside and out and we certainly appreciated his honesty! I highly recommend Barber and they have a new steady customer for our HVAC needs!! Call them you'll be happy! I have purchased two systems from this company. They are wonderful. They came today to give maintenance the systems. Technician Kris Young from Barber Heating & Air, was very professional and kind. He took time explaining how my system work and how to make it more efficient. The prices are very reasonable. I am very satisfied with their work and I will call them again!
