Our tech guys were very nice. Had to have all the water pipes switched out in our 1960s home. Job took way longer than expected and we were left with things to repair ourselves. They had to stay until 10:24pm the second night just to make sure we had water. Before they left we had to have them turn some back off due to leaks and then we found more water leaking from another site after they were gone. Hope other customers are good at drywall work after they leave. These pictures are all from their completed work. And not so sure the new fixtures in the tub should be wiggly 🙁-too bad we didn’t find that until after hubby redid the drywall. Not real sure it should have cost over $16k but at least we can take a hot shower now🤣

Carlos Rodriguez was the young man who came to fix my “dead” heater today and he did an excellent job. He was courteous and knowledgeable and explained everything he found, along with my options for completing the repair. I wound up needing a new fuse for the heater and thermostat and Carlos made sure my new app was loaded for the thermostat and my heating schedule was set up before he left.
