I had a water heater failure - called and left a message after hours on a Thursday, they called me back promptly early Friday morning. They spent time routing me to the manager to explain the process and answer plumbing questions I had - offered me pricing for full job, or just labor if I wanted. Michael came out to double check/estimate that Friday. Monday morning they were scheduled for 8AM. They called ahead, and showed up 10 minutes early. Josh and Xavier completed the install of my water heater, including the extras I asked for: new inlet valve, new gas valve, drain pan pipe routing. It was a bummer to be without hot water for a few days, but they got the job done quicky and even better final cost than expected/quoted. Strongly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.
Leaving this review not because of service I received, but because I am sitting behind a B&D Plumbing truck in traffic because the person behind the wheel is incapable of navigating Baton Rouge traffic. They do not deserve to be a plumber or a driver. Stay off the roads dude.
Wow what happened to this company? After 10 years of service, they came out on a possibly overloaded service call? I have no idea because they refused to give me a hand written diagnosis and a printed invoice as usual. They replaced four receptacles by using the ancient and fire hazardous back-stabbing method. Did not even properly remove the previous wiring just snipped it off. After 30 minutes they proceeded to charge me $170. I needed four wires to my oven connected, they wanted to charge an additional $115 because, as Zack later stated their service hour charge begins when they are en route to the job. They refused to send a written diagnosis because, they claimed I called them out of the blue the day after the big freeze and requested replacing outlets. Hmmm. Okay. Zack proceeded to hang up the phone after I told him that I expected better quality workmanship from licensed and bonded electricians.
