D Angelo was so great today with my furnace not working. Unfortunately, it’s so outdated that it was deemed a total loss and he assisted in getting my insurance company all the information they needed so I could make a claim. I can’t wait for these guys to put in my new Furnace:) They always take care of my plumbing needs and Master Cooler needs 2x a year as well! Everyone has been so great with B Carlson for the 3 years I’ve been a customer of theirs!

Mixed results. Tech reviewed our problem promptly, on a Saturday, with no extra charge for weekend visit. Work was scheduled promptly for Monday. Dispatch told me tech would arrive at noon, but tech arrived at 2pm due to needing to pick up replacement water heater and parts before driving to my house. Dispatch was unaware of tech needing to pick up materials, tech was unaware of dispatch arrival notice. Tech finished at 7:30pm, and was set to leave, but I still smelled gas and requested a double check that revealed a loose connection. Invoice did not reflect 10% discount even though I signed up for membership, it took three calls to get someone to sort out the mistake, refund will take a week. New water heater is great, no problems. Tech corrected 5 things that needed to be updated to current code, answered all my questions about water heater as well as other plumbing related questions and even provided caps to cover exposed exterior shut off valves. Company has some admin issues, but Kyle did good work.

My heater that was installed by B Carlson Heating 7 years ago decided to have problems, on a Saturday @1030 am, first time since having it installed. I called the company then two hours they sent Ben Dudley out to service the heater. Ben found the problem. The heater had some codes on the motherboard, the biggest problem was the heater was needing a good service, Ben service the heater got it running. He’s a super employee to have very friendly and fast and he took care of the problem. His professionalism is great a good team player.
