Both very professional, I know because I had been in the same business for over 30 years. The finished product was well done and appreciated. We have always enjoyed Kyle Dunnett's visits from AZ Perfect Comfort, as he is the technician who regularly comes out to handle our maintenance. Each time, he is professional, courteous, and very personable from the moment he arrives. He takes the time to explain what he is doing, answers all of my questions patiently, and provides a clear update on our system's maintenance. He works efficiently but never feels hurried, which gives us a lot of confidence in the quality of his work. I had Ben come out to give me an estimate for my parents house and Ben was the only one that gave me three options and let us choose which A/C units would fit our family . Ben was not trying to sell us anything he just gave us his best deal and he was the only one that was not forcing a sale no lies no making up stories .
