I reach out to AV Heating and cooling because my furnace quit working at the start of the snowstorm. Jim came out on a Sunday and took a look at it. Unfortunately it had to be replaced. Jim took the time to review all my options with me. He answered all my questions. He worked hard to figure out the warranty on my system and see what all my options were. He stayed in communication with me every step of the way. He showed up on Wednesday evening and got my new furnace installed because he cared and wanted to make sure I had heat for the upcoming cold weather. AV Heating & Cooling have earned a loyal customer. I highly recommend their service. It is a rare find for a business to be so caring for their customers.

Our furnace went out on one of the coldest days and we called AV Heating and Cooling whom was very fast at contacting us back and coming out to access the issue. Turned out we needed our furnace replaced. Jim Workman whom was the technician was very informative on all he was doing and what needed to done. Jim was very professional and was very helpful on getting us set up for credit for the system which included replacing the ac unit which was going out too. We 2 issues solved with one I highly recommend Jim and AV Heating and Cooling to anyone needing repairs, new system, or any issue with your Heating and Cooling. Honest, loyal and hardworking young man. Jim removed and replaced a water heater a while back and did an excellent job and have had no problems, I would recommend this company a 100 times over. Great work!
