Super quick callback on our service call, and they were out here to assess about an hour after. Gave me a quote and got right to work, and our water heater was working properly in less than an hour. Mike and Alex were great -- in their work, explanations, and service. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with the service provided by Attaboy Plumbing. We have been struggling with a subpar sewer line since we purchased our home many years ago. Gradual root intrusion from a nearby mulberry tree pushed an accumulation of roots each time it was previously cleared. I was aware that it needed replacement, and was aware it would be expensive. I called Attaboy Plumbing because they perform sewer line replacements. Lucas came out within an hour of my call, noted what was mentioned above, tried to clear, then quoted the cost for replacement. Mike and Lucas both showed up the next morning to start the replacement. Two days of hard labor later, I have a new sewer line that flows correctly and effortlessly. Thank you for your hard work, honesty, and integrity.

Update: Updating from 1 to 3 stars. Owner sent his technician Lucas out to fulfill the service we initially paid for. That is completed, as well as the mistakes originally made by the first tech. We're still working with the owner to find an appropriate resolution for both parties. Very disappointed in this company. Hired them for a job that was in no way completed, and actually they created two separate issues that did not exist in my home prior, including removing the water supply line to our hot water heater that resulted in no hot water for 24 hours. We have asked for a resolution and refund, however they have countered with 10% off of a $5000 bill that we have paid. They also have not even come back out to fix the bathroom plumbing they messed with, now 3 days after the fact. We paid for services that were not rendered. Very upsetting to work with, please reconsider before hiring.
