I had an interesting problem this week with my HVAC venting. Issue found by my home inspector. I originally called one of Atlantic's competitors. They came out and said there were more issues and that the only solution was a new furnace. Gave me a hard sell and they said volumes. So, I called Atlantic (I should have called them first, because they did great work for me before). They came out and had no problem fixing the original problem as well as the issue identified by there competitor - which was merely a maintenance issue. They were in and out in about an hour and charged me less than what their competitor charged me for just coming out to visit..

Mike with Atlantic, serviced our heat pump in late December, after unit not keeping temperature. Mike was prompt, professional, answered all my questions and remedied the issue the same day. We then purchased service agreement for the next 12 months. Mike returned in February to service the unit and provide health assessment of our indoor/outdoor unit. Once again; above average communication, personable, professional and answered all questions. We recently relocated from northern Delaware, finding service providers are critical, we have found our HVAC provider in Atlantic! Thank you
