Aspen Mountain Plumbing LLC - Rock Springs Plumbers

I cannot recommend Aspen at all. We had a tech come out to inspect our furnace that quit. He was very professional and polite, he is not our issue. I was quoted $110 for the diagnoses, and it was discovered to be our igniter had snapped. Repair was then quoted $3900 and it seemed steep. I initially approved the half down for parts. Doing my own research i discovered the part was only at max $80. So unless they charge $3500 an hour, i cannot justify it. We then contacted them to cancel the work order and requested a partial refund, $1,900 was already withdrawn. At most they agreed to refund $800 dollars and claimed the rest kept was for labor and restocking fees... he was here for around an hour. I've also yet to receive confirmation of the refund quoted. If money is no object, by all means, use them. Otherwise if your not filthy rich, like us, be very careful. Also, confirm a full itemized statement is hand before you sign, and no work was done.

We purchased a new refrigerator and had to have water plumbed in for the ice maker. They were very friendly nice and professional and the plumber was great. However, the amount to do the work was almost the same price as the new refrigerator. I decided to do it anyway which was an expensive choice. Next time I will not call them.

There is nothing good I can say about Aspen Mtn. Plumbing. I contracted with them to remove a walk-in shower, tile & everything, and install a bath tub & tub surround. They quoted 1 long day to complete the work. Gordon showed up & removed tile on the one piping wall. He over reacted & claimed there was mold & left. I was told I had to get ahold of Brian from ARS (mitigation company) to have them remove the mold. Brian came the next day & declared no mold. A week later Gordon comes out again & once again freaked out about so called mold & that he would not come back until mold was taken care of. ARS came out again & declared no mold. I ended up paying ARS $1,300.00 to put in a new board on the floor & paint a couple areas so I could get Aspen to come back to do the job I had already paid them half down to do. ARS did not use masks/respirator or protective clothing. That's just how nontoxic the so called mold was. After a month of not being able yo shower or bathe & no help from Aspen Mtn Plumbing, I ended up having to tear tile off 2 walls, drive to Rock Springs to get the bathtub & surround materials & do all the work myself in order to get it done. Gordon was confrontational, unprofessional & disgusting. Maybe Aspen Mtn Plumbing can handle simple plumbing work, but dont let them kid you that they can do a bathroom remodel. This experience was the worst lengthy nightmare I have ever had to endure. I would not trust them to do any work whatsoever.
