I have used Ashburn HVAC on three occasions for Furnace repair, Ductwork additions and thermostat issues. I was pleased with their work and especially their responsiveness and fair pricing. This time I had a Whole House Humidifier added to my Lennox Gas Furnace. Price was below what I expected, installation went smoothly, no upsell and the technician completed his work within the estimated window. Will absolutely call on them again in the Fall to get our system ready for Winter next year.

Ashburn HVAC has been helping me with my HVAC system for years. A few years ago, on the coldest day of the year, my heat went out. They were able to come out diagnose the issue and replace the failed equipment all in the same day. They were honest and straight forward about the equipment I needed to replace and the pricing. I have been using Ashburn HVAC from that day on. They are always quick to respond and on time for appointments. Making appointments, even for same day or next day, is a breeze. Their communication is great. During system check ups they are straight forward about any issues that may need attention. They don’t exaggerate issues but rather explain them and give options for fixing them including timelines of when they may need to be addressed. Their quotes for repairs are straight forward and reasonably priced. They are professional, clean, tidy and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.
