We were having issues with our heater and I found Artic West Heating and Cooling on Facebook and they had a several “good reviews” so, my dad called them. We have had nothing but exceptional service from Jack. Appointments are usually available within a few days. I had an issue with my heating and he listened to the troubleshooting that I had done and had me change the filter to see if it fixed the problem and it did. He was willing to come out the same day if it didn't fix the problem. The one thing that he doesn't do is gas water heaters. I have had him winterize my swamp cooler and inspect my heater and he did a great job!

Man jack is the best I swear. Had an issue and needed our hot water replaced for our business and Jack came in on Thanksgiving an helped us out. Can’t recommend him enough. He’s a good guy and knows what he’s doing. I appreciate you!
