We had a no heat issue with furnace, blower motor not working properly. At first we had a larger company come out and they immediately stated we needed a whole new system. We decided to get a local, second opinion - we see the APH vans all throughout Hampton. Rob returned my first message within 30 minutes, and worked closely with us to get our issue fixed asap. Richard, the tech was super friendly and walked us through the fix, and also pointed out that the issue the larger company said we had (cracked heat exchange) was not an issue at all - took video and walked us through it. Finally, APH was very reasonably priced.. They have won a new regular customer from us.

He successfully fixed a Rinnai gas heater that another company had been unable to repair. Rather than guessing or cutting corners, Nate took the time to work directly with Rinnai to diagnose and solve the problem properly. Our old burner service provider had gone out of business so I asked some neighbors about who they use. They referred me to APH and they were excellent! The tech, Andy, fully explained what he was doing and suggested a new expansion tank and showed me why. I went with his suggestion and he took care of it. He also installed a new Nest thermostat I had purchased and help me get it connected to the house wi-fi. Overall a great experience.
