Our furnace quit working on a day that it was supposed to get below zero with wind chill. Appalachian Air was amazing! They rearranged appointments to get a technician to our home within a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a very easy to understand way. He had everything fixed within an hour! Their pricing was also very reasonable. I would recommend them 100%.
