The workers were very professional and respectful. They took time to explain the work they were going to do and any questions I had they answered for me. If you want the job done right with the best price you need to call them. He told me that the vents were very dirty and he could do it for $700 and then he told me that there was an additional service that he could do that would sanitize the duct work or something like this. I told him that it was too expensive ... I received other quotes for $500. He spoke with his manager and then said that he could do it for $600. I told him that it was too expensive and then they left. I received a call from the owner and she said that since the guys were already there that they could do it for $500. So, I had them do the work. After about 75 minutes Josh called me and said that he was all set and that the vents looked good and it was mostly spider webs in the vents. .... (I thought the vents looked dirty??). I paid them. The next day, my HVAC contractor .... who I trust implicitly .. called me and said that the brand new heating system was damaged/ dented and I could either leave "as is" or the cost to fix and replace those components is about $1,400. I called and left 2 different messages for the owner to call me and she has not returned my calls.
