  Both the service and repairs were absolutely excellent. The communication with customer service was absolutely the best, I worked with Dai and he was amazing. It's really great that they are Tesla certified. So they got legit new Tesla part from my Tesla. The paint job was also perfect.  I highly recommend to others. Great work. Thank you.

  Hands down the best experience I've had with a collision business in my entire life of driving. I had to bring my car in because some jerk decided to swipe my rear bumper in a parking lot as a hit and run. While the damage didn't prevent me from using the car, I wanted to get it fixed ASAP. A friend referred me to Dai's shop and he was able to fix my bumper with such a fast turnaround. I also appreciated how he would proactively send me updates each day for me to see the progress. So while I hope to not be a regular customer, this will be my go to spot if I have any issues in the future.  10/10 recommend and worth the trek from Gilroy.

  I hope I never have to come back, but if I do, I know Dai and the rest of the folks at Xcel collision will do fantastic work.

tldr; bumper and rear quarter panel repair dealing with at other party’s insurance.
- Dai knows how to handle insurance adjusters well while providing you the best service.
- Car was repaired ahead of schedule and returned cleaner than when I dropped it off( I made sure to detail the best I could before dropping off the car too)
- Dai provided updates at every stage so you never were wondering what stage your car is at or what’s going on / taking so long. That really puts you at ease away from your car (especially when you’re in a not comparable rental)
- For Teslas specifically, the folks at Xcel do a way better paint job than factory

  We got into a car accident that threw us for a huge loop. Xcel collision was amazing assisting us with our Model Y. They were kind, responsive, and understanding. We ended up not getting repairs through them after a full and fair estimate, and to my delight, they still treated us fairly and didn’t just write us off due to our decision to have them not repair our broken car. To be clear, we did not have our car repaired as well felt it would have potential problems down the line- to no fault of Xcel’s. Linda was great as well. Highly recommend, and we were referred to them by our insurance.

  My Tesla Model 3 passenger side was damaged after colliding with a concrete structure in a parking garage. The team at Xcel did an absolutely amazing job with repairing my vehicle and making it look brand new again! They even went above and beyond by cleaning the interior and exterior as well. My advisor Emily was also communicative during the whole process, she provided me with photos and status updates every step of the way. I would highly recommend them!
