While Goodyear Toco Hills told me I had a broken lifter and would need to replace my daughter’s 2014 Jeep Patriot, David and his team determined that the Air Conditioning Compressor had fallen apart (internally). The repair was not inexpensive as it involved several parts but the technicians reviewed the entire vehicle and presented reasonable options for me to consider, and I opted for all of them. They even repaired an issue with the Emergency Brake that Goodyear stated was not solvable on this vehicle. Wright’s has earned my trust and my business to keep my college aged daughter’s vehicle operational, and safe, for the next few years until she graduates and gets a new vehicle.
