Super super fair price vs practically every other option in north county. The tech that did the install was very knowledgeable. Not only did he expertly drill into my counter to place the water dispenser (which most companies refuse to do Or will charge a crazy fee for) they recommended a key product I issued which was a mineralizer. Knowledgeable, friendly, fairly priced, and they don’t nickel and dime! They installed my water softener and my reverse osmosis and found a leak in the process. I added the leak repair and running the ro to my fridge as well and it didn’t change the bill much at all. It’s also about time for my hot water to be replaced, I asked David his thoughts on tankless- he definitely gave an honest answer and could have made a lot more money on the installation of the tankless verses just replacing the current water heater. I looked up few companies online and contacted them to get some more information. I was pleasantly surprised by the Water Purification Systems representative. He kindly explained me the benefits of different types of filtration systems and suggested to go with a whole house filtration system( Water softener and Carbon media combination) and a reverse osmosis system for drinking purposes. The price for both systems was very reasonable and decided to proceed with an installation. Couple days later I have their technician right on time. He was very professional and did the whole installation in about 6 hours. After he kindly explained how the water softener and reverse osmosis worked and about the maintenance required.
