I called their office mid-afternoon to request a quote. They would have someone available the next morning. Their guy was at my house less than an hour later. A quick look-around, some pressure testing and space measurements taken. Less than 30 minutes later, I was presented with quotes for a standard electric water heater or a heat pump water heater. Either could be installed the next morning. After a few questions regarding the energy savings offered by it, I opted for the heat pump version. A quick swipe of my credit card and I was told the install team would be at my house around 9:00 the following morning. I got a call at 8:30 telling me they were already sitting in my driveway! After less than 3 hours, the two installers (Mark and the young man who was interested in "talking cars" with me) were firing it up and explaining what I needed to know to operate the heat pump - allowing me ample opportunity to ask lots of questions.
