But my neighbors did. I came home from work and my pickup was covered with a very thin tarp... and shingles, nails, and bits of roofing material were all around/on my truck. I wasn't pleased with this. I called their number and Sheryl picked up. She assured me that should not have ever happened and then a few minutes later a guy named Mike came out and moved material out of my way so that I could move my truck. I really wish that they would've covered my truck with something else/safer to begin with! - 5/5 — Anonymous Worked with Wisconsin Roofing on a Dec-Tec Coolstep flat roof and gutters replacing an old rubber membrane roof. I also had them replace my garage roof and repitch the existing garage gutters which hadn't been installed as well as they should have been by a previous roofing company. Wisconsin Roofing communicated well on the schedule and were very focused on insuring I was satisfied with their work. The most challenging thing with this project is that with a flat roof that needed a railing I had to also involve a separate contractor to do the carpentry work, so coordination of the handoffs between the roofing and carpentry can be a challenge, but Wisconsin Roofing handled their end of things great. - 5/5 — Anonymous Three months into an unfinished and botched siding install by another local company, we contacted Wisconsin Roofing for help. (They had done our roof and gutters 4 years prior.) Our salesperson, Jason, met with us and the decision was made to remove the incorrectly installed siding and start over. They added us to their schedule even though it was late in the season and provided outstanding service and guidance as we navigated this challenging situation. The crew expertly finished the removal and re-install in December, in spite of the weather, in just 2.5 days. Communication, pricing, workmanship, quality of product and knowledge from each employee in their specific role cannot be emphasized enough. We are grateful to everyone involved - Jason, Jim, Cheryl, Alex, Mike, Jed, David and crew - for fixing the disastrous work the initial company did and giving us a home exterior that we are proud of and complete confidence that it was done correctly and to industry standards. Jim and his team were both very responsive and incredibly gracious with our situation. Having two kids under two and buying a new home in the crazy market, money is a little tight. Our roof was in major need of repairs due to a ventilation issue. Dozens of sheets of plywood were replaced and Jim only charged us for the store price and waived the labor charge for all additional sheets installed. The fact that Jim recognized our situation during an extremely busy time of year for him makes us so grateful for finding Wisconsin Roofing. His team even made the extra effort to fix a previous homeowner’s mistake by clearing all blocked soffits and installing a new ridge vent to improve ventilation. With all of their extra efforts they were still done and cleaned up by early afternoon that same day!
