The crew worked really hard to get my sewer grinder pump replaced with a loaner pump on the very first day. They answered all my questions and were polite and professional at all times. A shout out to Rodney, Byron and Bob for being there every step of the way. When the parts and new pump arrived, they were quick to install it. Would highly recommend.

We have worked with Bob for the three years we have owned this home. He has helped us with our water filtration system. After a recent storm when our sump pump failed, Bob came over and recommended an improved sump pump system. Work was done promptly, professionally, and on budget. It looks and works great, and is significantly quieter than our previous system. We would recommend Bob to anyone.

Bob is very knowledgable and patient. He was a tremendous resource for my mom and me recently as we navigated issues with a well and water issues. Highly recommend him.

Bob came and gave his recommendations since our new purchase had sump pumps that were not sealed and redesigned a new plan which included a back up battery even though we have a generator. The work was perfect, professional and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Bob and crew!

Bob installed the sump pump system in our house - at the request of the previous owners. We noticed water seeping up through the floorboards and assumed it was the sump pump malfunctioning. Bob came by in response to our text in one hour on a Saturday. He checked the pump and explained it was working fine and walked us through why. He then said that he had recommended to the previous owner that they install a perimeter system to work in conjunction with the sump pump but they declined. He explained the water seeping through the foundation was because there was no perimeter wall/adequate draining. He then walked us around the entire house pointing out ways we can improve our water proofing (eg where gutters were not working, landscaping fixes). Would recommend him unreservedly- he’s a pro and a gentleman as well.
