Ted and his team went above and beyond to retrofit our home with central air. Our house was built in 1985, with baseboard heating, and is also an unusual shape and layout. Other companies bid $1000-10000 over Ted’s bid for 4 ductless units! With the team’s assistance and Ted’s creative vision of the installation, our house was completed in 2 days, with ducting/ heat pump/ AC, and with 8 vents throughout the house!

P.S. I think that some of these other reviews on here are not accurate, as I just don’t see his company acting this way. Keep in mind that there is a similar company the ends in “HVAC”, not “heating”

Ted and his crew did great work for us! Our new home is about 75 years old and had a furnace that was almost 40 years old. They were able to get it replaced and also add in air conditioning within a week and a half of us getting our initial estimate! Despite the job being a little more complicated and taking longer than expected (estimated one day of work, actually took about a day and a half), they got it done the right way at a fair price, and they did it without disrupting our lives the way others have when I've had HVAC work done in the past! I'll recommend them to anyone who asks, they gave us a wonderful welcome to Portland.
