Alex was able to come in and diagnose the problem quickly, ordered a replacement and returned the next morning to install. Both worked conscientiously and quietly. Alex was able to talk with office staff to resolve questions and move the project forward efficiently. Both arrived as expected and completed the job in the estimated time. They answered my questions and took time to do so without rushing their answers. I don’t hesitate to recommend them. We first called the company that we purchased the water heater from and all they did was unplug and replug it, we had hot water for one day. That company tried to sell me other services that claim would fix the issue, they never once opened the water heater. We called Wills plumbing and had a technician (Alex)here the very next day. Alex came to my house and informed me that he had never worked on the brand of water heater we had, but assured me that he would have the issue fixed, he open the water heater, ran diagnostics, corrected the faults and cleaned some parts to help it run smoother, while doing all the work he asked to look over his shoulder so that I could see what he was doing and gave me a better understanding of how the system worked and what he did to fix the issues. We now have hot water and haven't had any issues since his visit. He recommended we get a system flush and never once tried to sell me additional expensive unnecessary work. Because of the great customer service I will only now use Wills Plumbing for all future needs and contact them when its time for an upgrade.
