Our house was built in 1992 and we've started to see several fixtures and outlets going bad. My brother who’s a general contractor referred me to Whyte Electric which is owned by Julian and Sara Whyte. Julian came to my house with shoe covers in hand which I appreciated. I walked Julian through the house showing him the different projects that I wanted to get done. Julian was very personable, knowledgeable and attentive listening to all my questions and providing responses / options for me to consider. After the initial meeting Julian worked up several quotes based off the different options we discussed. The initial walk through, receipt of options / quotes, scheduling time for work to be completed and the work itself were all done in a timely fashion and the work met / exceeded expectations. I also really liked that he didn't make it seem as if our jobs were too large or too small; he was open to all our needs. And all of that came with an extremely good, competitive price. The electrician showed up early and was very polite. He answered all of my questions and only made necessary and deliberate cuts into the dry wall. Cheapest quote of five different electricians for a very difficult installation. The breaker box was on the opposite side of the house from the desired outlet location. We ran into several setbacks during the installation (ducts in the way and horizontal framing) which caused the installation time to double. The company stood firm on their quote and did not charge extra for the extended installation time.
