We did some research and called Western Elements. This is primarily a family operation. Joe came out and we envisioned a replacement with his help. We were not in a huge hurry. We got on the schedule and soon enough, it was time. Joe, his son Mason, and sometimes another fully capable helper did every thing themselves. These guys are METICULOUS! We now have a new deck, new pergola, and covered patio that looks way beyond what we thought. We have not seen contractors as conscientious and dedicated as Western Elements. Extremely pleasant to work with. I really wish we had other projects for them to work on.
