The install was clean. Very happy! Fantastic!! . They even gave me a 10-year warranty on parts. Less than 2 years the furnace broke down, since I have a 10-year warranty I called the company. They came out. The blower fan was broken but it was covered by the warranty. But the labor charges was not covered. I spent close to $400 on the labor charge. 8 months later time to turn on the furnace, it failed. The furnace was giving me a diagnostic code. I called the company they would come out , Just for them to come out was going to be $85 plus labor . He we go again! Needless to say I declined, not going down this money rabbit hole.. My furnace got fixed by me with research from the diagnostic code. With that said , a 10 year warranty on parts that don't include labor is BS.. Any other appliance the labor cost is included!! I put it this way with a 10-year warranty on parts. This is genius on the half of the company because they have gained a customer for 10 years that the customer has to pay labor charges... Most likely the furnace only cost $1,500 and I just spent $400 more. I suggest this company offers 5 years warranty parts and labor , go in the middle instead of the 10 years only parts covered . Update 1/10/23 West Michigan Heating and Air Conditioning saved the day. Our 30 year old furnace finally died Saturday night. After a few cold nights we called around 7:15 Monday morning and they had a team at our house by 8 AM. They diagnosed the problem gave me a price and we decided rather than continue to let our furnace limp along we wanted to replace the whole unit. They came up with a fair price and the very next day were here at 8 AM installing.
