Everything was on point, organized, and executed exactly as promised. My only regret is not moving forward with solar back when I first spoke to them in 2020–2022. I’m now saving money every month, and my system is offsetting my electric bills just as they said it would. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Markey, Heather Cassini, and Pat Burke; each of them incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and professional. Wattson came up as a place that was affordable, quality, and local which were all aspects I was looking for. Although we had delays on installation due to factors not in their control, they stuck with us, and continued to communicate. The installation, when it did get done, was painless and done well. I would say my only complaint is the company is not the fastest communicators, and could partner with a different Bank for financing as UMass 5 I would not recommend.
