I had a few electric things around the house needed. Got them to come evaluate for qoutes. It took 2.5 weeks to get the ridiculously inflated quotes. I have an EV charger and wanted to upgrade my 220v 20amp to 50 amp. I bought the new nema port and the existing port is on the opposite side of the panel in the garage less then 1 foot away. Apparently that maybe hour of labor is worth $536 and my maybe foot of wiring thicker wire.... $184. Don't get me started on my request to add a sticker label to my panel.... $1200 for a sticker with some writing on it. Ive never seen such absurd quotes in my life. How is this place in business... and how can I get a job if they are paying electricians $536 an hour!!!

I had a few electrical issues and called Watt Electric. Zack was super helpful over the phone and was able to send help out the same day. The technicians were very professional, and their explanation about the process was clear. They got the problems fixed right away, and the price was fair. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable electrical work!

Was visiting my friend in Lompoc, Ca. She was having issues with smoke detectors going off. The company send someone right out. Had new wired detectors with 10 year battery put in. Elijah came and was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to come back the next day when we had a a beeping sound. He found the problem and took care of it. My friend Joni DeRome ask me to write this for her. She will definitely use this company for electrical issues in the future . 5 extra stars for Elijah.*****

  -update July 2025-

The company reached out to provide an apology and relayed that what occurred does not reflect the standard they strive to uphold. They mentioned a recent review and discovered there was a misunderstanding with a former employee and provided full reimbursement. It was approximately one year after the service was completed but the fact that they sought to correct the matter was appreciated. They stated that they really try to do right by people and care deeply about the experience customers have.

I imagine many of the reviews are fake. terrible business practices. I was told labor was $175/hr. they will send two people even if the job is simple (one was some kind of apprentice that the electrician was teaching). The same labor charge will be doubled so be aware. They will meander about, talk/joke around a lot, and work slowly which racks up time so keep a close eye. There was a major discrepancy between what was quoted and what was charged in the invoice. When the company was contacted for clarification multiple times via different forms of communication they refused to provide a response. Seek services from another company if you can.
