They installed an electric vehicle charger installed at my rental cabin in Stanley. The experience was positive from start to finish. Scheduling the estimate and the job were a snap and Kathy was able to quickly generate an estimate, including the custom work that would have to be performed on the exterior of the cabin. The installation by Jim and Robert went very smoothly and quickly. They were extremely friendly and didn't leave a mess inside the cabin even though it was pouring rain that day. Waterloo was the quickest to respond, with Kathy coming out to do the estimate I think the next morning if I recall correctly, and they provided a quote within a day or so, and was fairly priced. It took a bit to schedule because they're busy, but that wasn't necessarily an issue for us. It wasn't a rush project. I spoke with Kate the day before our appointment just to make sure we were still on schedule, and she was able to confirm the time the crew was going to come out (it wasn't an issue for us whether they came earlier or later, but I appreciated the communication). Come today, our appointment/install day, and the team (Ben and Jim) showed up right up on time, and got the job done within 1.5 hours. They did a great job and we are very happy with Waterloo from start to finish. Any future electrical work needs we may have, we will definitely be calling Waterloo again!
