Eric from VT Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning was not only the first person to return my message, but he legitimately was concerned about the safety of my home and seemed really excited to do the job. Although he was swamped with jobs, he agreed to install my new heating system, and he did it with top-notch professionalism, great communication, and did amazing work. All of the heating system issues are resolved thanks to Eric. In addition, he is well-connected in the area and was able to refer me to other service providers for other things I needed done. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. In addition to providing amazing service, he is an outstanding person who quickly gained my trust.
