They removed several very large diseased trees that were a risk to our home. The crew was very professional, skilled and worked very hard to extract the trees without damaging a neighbor’s fence, and avoiding a variety of other obstacles. The equipment they used was top notch. They are the best! A 30 min drive during the night and storm. Who does that?? Erik!! His words to me when he saw the tree and my little house….yeah this is a pickle!! He and his amazing team were at my house the next day 1st thing in the morning. I just can’t say enough about how kind, knowledgeable and hard working these guys are!! I mean it!! Just can’t find excellent service like this anywhere. They had their whole hearts into saving my little house. I was crying!! My little perfect house was spared with huge limbs hanging inches above and it was up the Viking to ensure the limbs didn’t fall into my house. Sooooo intense. Their strategic methods and the time they took to analyze and implement a plan with so many ropes and mounts to make everything g just right!! Just AMAZING!! And the final result was everything turned out perfect. My house was spared. No one was hurt!! Erik worked with my insurance company. Just a very blessed, thankful and happy ending. It suffered some damage during a recent wind storm but luckily didn't damage my house. However we decided to have this hazard removed and called Viking Tree Service. With it being right next to our house we wanted the professionals and these guys did not disappoint. They showed up with over $500k worth of equipment and safely took the tree down in less than 6 hours. The yard was left immaculate as well. They even checked with my neighbor, who allowed them to go through his yard, that he was satisfied with how they left his yard. He took one look at the large silver maple lodged in our roof and said we needed a crane and to call Viking. I called Erik and he came out immediately to give us his professional opinion and set a removal time. He and his crew showed up promptly Monday morning and they worked all day with the crane to safely and efficiently remove the tree and also took down the remainder of the standing tree for a very fair price. I had 1 dead tree by power lines removed and 2 very large/old silver maples cleaned up. When they arrived they talked with me about everything they planned on doing and what my expectations were. I asked them how they wanted me to pay them and they told me the options available followed by "but don't do anything until we are done and you are satisfied with our work". They did thier work and cleaned up the yard so well that it was cleaner then when they arrived. Specifically I had a concrete pad in the back yard that was covered in grass clippings and weeds before they came that was spotless when they left. After they were done, they walked around with me again and asked if I liked how the trees came out and if there was anything else I'd like from them. I've never had tree work done before, but the price seemed to be very reasonable. Also, I know these guys are trained in Aerial Rescue so that they are ready for any situation and help the community if the need ever arises.
