Jason from viking plumbing came out and that's where are experience started. He was there for almost 3 hours, continued to say how impossible it was to do the install. Outlet holes were in the wrong spot, wiring was gonna be so complicated etc. He left with the old dishwasher out, wiring exposed, chipped our counter top, and said he'd be back once we got it figured out. I'm shocked a company and a certified plumber couldn't get this done. He charged us for labor. After a few weeks the issue has been resolved, we installed the dishwasher ourselves. The employees we worked with (plumbers, manager, office staff) were very responsive and helpful with answering questions and performing the work. We needed to replace our indoor pipes and also line the main out to the road. The technology to line was impressive and they (Sewer Ninjas) were very thorough! Let us watch too! Everyone cleaned up after every day of work and were very friendly. We also descaled and water jetted the main pipe.
