They were professional, courteous and above all, made us comfortable through a process that was completely new to us even though it’s very routine for them. Derek (Victor's son) was our main contact and he was amazing! Very professional and thorough in his approach, clearly takes pride in his work and understands the value of working with integrity. The project took a couple of weeks due to weather but we were able to see ongoing progress and knew what to expect because Derek had explained the process.
